We have noticed in the past that many registrants do not join the VSD. In the event that you are unable to attend after registration, please inform us as soon as possible via e-mail, preferably before April 27th at the latest. Otherwise, we may need to enforce a penalty system for future VSD editions as we aim to have an accurate number of attendees to prevent unnecessary costs and food waste. Thank you!
