Poster and oral presentations should be in the English language. Specific requirements per presentation type are listed below:
Poster presentations:
- All posters should be made using the mandatory template that can be found on intranet (login required).
- Posters should be printed in A0-format in portrait.
- Abstract title, author(s) and affiliation(s) should appear on top of the poster
- Authors are responsible for setting up and removing their posters. Any posters not removed by the end of the day will be discarded.
- All posters must be written entirely in English and should be legible from 1.5 meters distance
- Material necessary for attaching the poster to the poster board will be made available at the venue.
- All posters should be mounted in the morning (9.00-9.30; see the program)
Oral abstract presentations:
- The presentation may take maximum 7 min with at least 3 min for discussion
- All presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint format (16:9 ratio)
- All talks will be delivered live. Remote or pre-recorded presentations are not permitted
- All presenters are requested to upload their Powerpoint files in the morning (9.00-9.30; see the program)
Pitch presentations:
- Pitches may be up to 5 min
- Slides are optional, but should be prepared in PowerPoint format (16:9 ratio) and may not contain a maximum of 5 slides
- All talks will be delivered live. Remote or pre-recorded presentations are not permitted
- All presenters are requested to upload their Powerpoint files in the morning (9.00-9.30; see the program)
